Move with Ease

Clinical & Sports Massage Therapy

Bespoke hands-on treatment to ease pain, reduce tension and help you move more freely.

Clinical & Sports Massage may be helpful if you're experiencing muscular aches and tension, restricted movement, recurring areas of tightness, or simply want regular hands-on treatment to help your body feel and move better.

How I Can Help

Every session is tailored to you. We’ll start by discussing what’s bothering you, how it is affecting you and what you would like to achieve. Your treatment is then adapted according to what we find and how your body responds.

Depending on your needs, treatment may include:

  • Deep tissue and soft tissue techniques
  • Myofascial techniques
  • Trigger point therapy
  • Dry needling
  • Cupping
  • IASTM
  • Scar tissue work
  • Hot or cold stones
  • Movement and self-care advice

You don't need to decide which techniques you need before booking. Where appropriate, I’ll discuss the options with you and incorporate them into your treatment.

My Approach

Sports Massage Association – The Association for Soft Tissue Therapists

I’m a Clinical & Sports Massage Therapist trained in the Jing Method® BTEC Level 6, the highest-level massage qualification in the UK.

I use advanced soft tissue and fascial techniques alongside movement assessment to help reduce pain and tension, improve mobility and support recovery.

Before treatment, we’ll discuss what’s been happening and what you’d like help with. Where appropriate, I’ll also assess movement so that treatment can be tailored to your presentation and goals.

My approach considers more than the area that hurts. I also take into account movement, stress, nervous system regulation and the wider factors that may be influencing how you feel.

More Than Hands-On Treatment

As a yoga and fascial movement teacher, I can also support you with movement, mobility and self-care strategies to help you feel more confident in your body between treatments.

If you’re looking for broader support, my Wellbeing Therapy sessions can combine hands-on treatment with breath work, movement, self-myofascial release, guided relaxation, meditation and nervous system regulation.

Your Treatment Space

The treatment room at the Laddingford clinic: a massage couch with an orange blanket, soft lights and a pink wall

Treatments take place in my private garden clinic in Laddingford, Kent, within easy reach of Paddock Wood, Maidstone, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells.

The space is quiet, private and designed to help you feel comfortable and at ease during your treatment.

I also practise at The Spring Rooms in Tunbridge Wells on Tuesday afternoons and Friday mornings, with appointments booked directly through The Spring Rooms.
