Why it matters
What "certified" means
A Global TRE™ Certified Provider has completed all three modules of the certification — personal practice, teaching one-to-one and teaching groups — including twelve online sessions of personal practice and supervision, under a Global TRE™ Certifying Trainer accredited by TRE For All.
Certified providers are trained to recognise signs of over-activation, teach self-regulation, and adapt the exercises for different bodies and histories. That is what makes TRE™ safe to learn.
