The terms that apply when you buy a ticket and attend the Conference.
The TRE™ Worldwide Conference is organised and hosted by TRE™ Indonesia ("the Organiser"). By purchasing a ticket you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email. The Organiser does not store your card details.
You are responsible for your own travel, accommodation and any visa required to enter Indonesia. The Organiser can provide an official invitation letter to support a visa application, but cannot guarantee the outcome. Ticket costs are separate from travel and accommodation.
The Organiser may make changes to the schedule, speakers, venue or format where necessary. If the event is cancelled by the Organiser, ticket holders will be offered a refund or transfer to a rescheduled date.
The Conference is a respectful, inclusive space. Attendees are expected to treat others with care. The Organiser may decline entry to, or remove, anyone whose behaviour is unsafe or disrespectful, without refund.
Sessions may involve movement and somatic practice. You take part at your own discretion and are responsible for looking after your own wellbeing. If you have a health concern, please consult a professional before participating.
Photography and filming may take place at the event for community and promotional use. Let the team know on arrival if you prefer not to appear in shared media.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser is not liable for personal loss, injury or expense except where caused by its negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The governing jurisdiction is confirmed at launch.
