The TRE™ Worldwide Conference ("the Conference", "we", "us") is organised and hosted by TRE™ Indonesia. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and event registration, how we use it, and your rights. Questions can be sent to hello@technext.asia.
We share data only where necessary to run the event: with our payment provider (Stripe) to take payment, and with trusted service providers who help us operate the Conference. We do not sell your personal data. Where an invitation letter is issued, relevant details are shared with the issuing entity, TRE™ Indonesia.
As a global event, your information may be processed in countries outside your own. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your data remains protected to an appropriate standard.
We keep your registration data for as long as needed to deliver the event and to meet legal and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
